AOZ15333DI 5V/3.5A ECPowerTM Type-C Protection Switch With 39V Blocking Capability General .
Features
* very low quiescent current of 125 µA. The supply current reduces to less than 6 µA in shutdown. It has under-voltage lockout, over-voltage protection (OVP) and over temperature protections. The AOZ15333DI has True Reverse-Current Blocking (TRCB) protection to avoid undesired reverse-current from VOUApplications
* that require comprehensive protections. The input operating voltage range is between 3.3 V and 5.5 V. The output terminal is rated 39 V absolute maximum.
