General Description

The VHC02 is an advanced high-speed CMOS 2-Input NOR Gate fabricated with silicon gate CMOS technology.

It achieves the high-speed operation similar to equivalent Bipolar Schottky TTL while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation.
