S-8265C Series www.ablic.com © ABLIC Inc., 2019-2021 BATTERY PROTECTION IC WITH CELL BALANCING FUNCTION FOR 3-SERIAL TO 5-SERIAL CELL PACK (SECONDARY PROTECTION) Rev.1.5_00 The S-8265C Series is a secondary protection IC with cell balancing function for lithium-ion rechargeable batteries, which includes high-accuracy voltage detection circuits, delay circuits, and FETs for cell balancing discharge. The cell balancing function is effective for balancing the voltage of serially connected batteries.
