The MAX40658 and MAX40659 are transimpedance amplifiers for optical distance measurement receivers for LiDAR applications.

include 45nARMS input-referred noise, an internal 100mA clamp, 18kΩ (MAX40658) and 36kΩ (MAX40659) transimpedance, and greater than 360MHz bandwidth. An offset input allows adjustment of input offset current. Operating from a +3.3V supply, the MAX40658 and MAX40659 consume only 70mW. The MAX40658 and MAX40659 are available in a 3mm x 3mm, 8-pin TDFN package or bare die, and are specified over the -40°C to 85°C operating temperature range.
