AN6033 1.25MHz, 3A, High Efficiency PWM Step-Down DC/DC Converter General Description: Features: AN6033 is a high efficiency step-down DC/DC 2.7V to 5.5V Input Voltage Range converter operated with the current mode and the High Efficiency: Up to 95% constant frequency. The internal switch and 1.25MHz Constant Switching Frequency synchronous rectifier are integrated for high 3A Available Load Current efficiency. AN6033 can supply 3A of load current 100% Duty Cycle in Dropout from 2.7V to 5.5V supply voltage. Current Mode Control The switching frequency is set at 1.25MHz, allowing Short Circuit Protection the use of small surface mount inductors and Thermal Fault Protection capacitors.
