The BM1430 is a current-mode step-down DC-DC converter that generates up to 3A output current at 380kHz switching frequency.

Features

  •  3A Output Current  Efficiency up to nearly 90% @+5V /3A output  +3.85V to +23V Input Range 55µA Shutdown Supply Current 380kHz Switching Frequency  Adjustable Output Voltage from 1.22V to 0.85.
  • VIN Cycle-by-Cycle Current Limit Protection Thermal Shutdown Protection  Frequency Fold Back at Short Circuit Low start up input voltage ; Low dropout to nearly 0.7V full pin-pin with ACT4060/ TD1410 / MP1410  SOP-8 Package BM1430.
