RT9085 1A, 5.5V, Ultra Low Dropout Linear Regulator 1 General Description The RT9085 is a high-performance positive voltage regulator with a separated bias voltage (VBIAS), designed for applications requiring low input voltage and ultra-low dropout voltage, with output current up to 1A. The ultra-low dropout voltage feature is ideal for applications where the output voltage is very close to the input voltage. The input voltage can be as low as 0.8V, and the output voltage is adjustable via an external resistive divider. The RT9085 features very low quiescent current consumption for portable applications. The device is available in the WL- CSP6B 0.8x1.2 (BSC) and ZWL-CSP-6B 0.8x1.2 (BSC) packages. The recommended junction temperature range is −40C to 125C.
