NCP187 1.2 A Low Iq, Low Dropout Voltage Regulator with Power Good Output The NCP187 is 1.2 A LDO Linear Voltage Regulator. It is a very stable and accurate device with low quiescent current consumption (typ. 30 mA over the full temperature range), low dropout, low output noise and very good PSRR. The regulator incorporates several protection features such as Thermal Shutdown, Soft Start, Current Limiting and also Power Good Output signal for easy MCU interfacing.
