Description

The HM4853A uses advanced trench technology to provide excellent RDS(ON), low gate charge and operation with gate voltages as low as 2.5V.

This device is suitable for use as a load switch or in PWM applications.

  • VDS = -20V,ID = -20A RS(ON) < 7mΩ @ VGS=-4.5V RDS(ON) < 9mΩ @ VGS=-2.5V.
  • High power and current handing capability.
