The TPS563201 and TPS563208 are simple, easy-touse, 3A synchronous step-down converters in SOT-23 package.

* TPS563201 and TPS563208 3A converter integrated 95mΩ and 57mΩ FETs
* D-CAP2™ control scheme with fast transient response
* Input voltage range: 4.5V to 17V
* Output voltage range: 0.76V to 7V
