* include input under-voltage lockout, cycle-by-cycle current limit, thermal shutdown and soft-start. The AOZ1905 is available in a tiny 3mm x 3mm 10-pin DFN package and MSOP8 package and is rated over a -40°C to +85°C operating temperature range. Features
* 2.7V to 5.5V input voltage range
