* Fully CCIR 624 performance compliance NTSC and PAL (B,D,G,H,I,M and N) video encoder
* Composite, S-video, Component Y/Cb/Cr (Sony, Matsushita, and SMPTE) or RGB output.
* Triple 10-bit digital to analog converter.
* Accepts 27 Mhz multiplexed 8-bit digital video in

AV3168 Applications

* The video encoder converts CCIR 601 8-bit multiplexed digital video into RGB, component YCbCr, encoded NTSC or PAL (BDGHIMN) signals. It contains three 10-bit DACs to support simultaneous S-video and composite video; or component video display. Brightness and Contrast control are also provided. The
