APL6003 Description

APL6003 High-Current Overvoltage Protectors with Adjustable OVLO .
The APL6003 overvoltage protection devices feature a low 15mΩ (max) R ON internal FET and protect low-voltage systems against voltage fault.

APL6003 Features

* Wide supply voltage range from 2.8V to 25V
* IOUT maximum 6A continuous current under TA= 25oC
* Low ON resistance: 15mΩ(Max) at a supply voltage of 5V
* Flexible overvoltage-protection trip level - Wide adjustable OVLO threshold range from 4V to 24V - Preset intern
