Overview
BD3020HFP BD3021HFP is a regulator IC with integrated WDT (Watch Dog Timer), high output voltage accuracy ±2.0 % and 80 µA (Typ) low circuit current consumption. These are supports usage of low ESR ceramic capacitor for output stability.
