The AT91SAM9XE128/256/512 is based on the integration of an ARM926EJ-S processor with fast ROM and RAM, 128, 256 or 512 Kbytes of Flash and a wide range of peripherals. The embedded Flash memory can be programmed in-system via the JTAG-ICE interface .
