PNP/PNP Resistor-Equipped Transistors (RET) in a leadless ultra small DFN1010B-6 (SOT1216) Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package. NPN/NPN complement: PQMH11 NPN/PNP complement: PQMD3
