  • Reverse voltage: VR ≤ 100 V.
  • Low forward voltage: VF = 710 mV.
  • High power capability due to clip-bonding technology.
  • Extremely low leakage current IR = 40 nA.
  • High temperature Tj ≤ 175 °C 3.
