Description

The TPS563201 and TPS563208 are simple, easy-touse, 3A synchronous step-down converters in SOT-23 package.

Features

TPS563201 and TPS563208 3A converter integrated 95mΩ and 57mΩ FETs.
D-CAP2™ control scheme with fast transient response.
Input voltage range: 4.5V to 17V.
Output voltage range: 0.76V to 7V.
Pulse-skip mode (TPS563201) or continuous current mode (TPS563208).
580kHz switching frequency.
Low shutdown current less than 20µA.
2% feedback voltage accuracy (25°C).
Startup from prebiased output voltage.
