The ADS7142-Q1 is 12-bit, 140-kSPS successiveapproximation register (SAR) analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that can autonomously monitor signals while maximizing system power, reliability, and performance.
The device implements eventtriggered interrupts per channel using a digital window comparator with programmable high and low thresholds, hysteresis, and event counter.
The device includes a dual-channel analog multiplexer in front of a SAR ADC followed by an internal data buffer for converting and capturing data from sensors.
