XC9225/XC9226/XC9227 Series Synchronous Step-Down DC/DC Converters ETR0507_004 GreenOperation Compatible GENERAL DESCRIPTION The XC9225/XC9226/XC9227 series is a group of synchronous-rectification type DC/DC converters with a built-in 0.6 P-channel driver transistor and 0.7 N-channel switching transistor, designed to allow the use of ceramic capacitors. The ICs enable a high efficiency, stable power supply with an output current of 500mA (A~D series) and 600mA (E~H series) to be configured using only a coil and two capacitors connected externally. Minimum operating voltage is 2.0V~6.0V (A~D series), 4.5V~5.5V (E~H series). Output voltage is internally programmable in a range from 0.9V to 4.0V (A~D series) and 3.0~4.0V (E~H series) in increments of 0.05V (accuracy: 2.0%).
