SM5964A - 8-Bit Micro-controller

Description

The SM5964A is a single-chip 8-bits microcontroller manufactured in an advanced CMOS process with on chip flash memory.

It supports InSystem Programming (ISP) function and is a derivative of the 8052 microcontroller family.

The SM5964A has the same instructions set as the 80C51.
