The four integrated lowRDS(ON) switches minimize conduction loss. The SY21612C offers protection against multiple conditions, including short-circuit, overcurrent, overvoltage, and overtemperature. The SY21612C is highly integrated, so only the input and output capacitors, inductor, and feedback resistors need to be selected for the targeted application specifications. The SY21612C is available in a compact QFN4×432 package.
