Description

The SGM457 is a low power, low supply voltage, SOT package, serial control interface and digital output temperature sensor with an accuracy of ±0.5℃ (TYP) in the temperature range of -40 ℃ to +125 ℃ .

Features

1.6V to 5.5V Supply Voltage Range.
Temperature Accuracy: -40℃ to +125℃: ±2℃ (MAX).
Operating Supply Current: 14μA (TYP).
Shutdown Mode Current: 0.5μA (TYP).
Resolution: 12 Bits.
Serial Control Bus is Compatible with Two-Wire, I2C.
Available in a Green SOT-563-6 Package.
