SGM450
DESCRIPTION The SGM450 is a precision integrated-circuit linear analog temperature sensor with an output voltage proportional to temperature, which can be used in multiple analog temperature-sensing or temperature pensation applications. Featuring typical accuracy of ±0.5 ℃ from 0 ℃ to +85 ℃ temperature range, the SGM450 is more accurate than similar pin-patible devices on the market. The SGM450 provides a positive slope output of 10m V/℃ over a wide temperature range of -40℃ to +150℃ and it operates from a single 2.3V to 5.5V power supply. The SGM450 features a low 7.5μA typical quiescent current and a 420μs typical power-on time, and this low power consumption feature enables SGM450 suitable for battery-powered applications. A Class-AB structure output driver provides a strong 500μA maximum output current capability for driving heavy load up to 1000p F, making it well suited to source the input of a sample-and-hold analog-to-digital converter (ADC). With excellent accuracy and a...
