Description

The BU91501KV-M is 1/4 or 1/3-Duty general-purpose LCD driver that can be used for frequency display in electronic tuners under the control of a microcontroller.

Features

  • AEC-Q100 Qualified (Note).
  • Key input function for up to 30 keys (A key scan is performed only when a key is pressed. ).
  • Either 1/4 or 1/3 duty can be selected 1/4 duty drive：Up to 204 segments 1/3 duty drive：Up to 156 segments.
  • Integrated RAM for display data (DDRAM).
  • Segment/GPO (Max 4port) output mode selectable.
  • Support standby mode.
  • Integrated Power-on Reset circuit.
  • Integrated Oscillator circuit.
  • No external component.
  • Low power consumption.
