RFMD . ® www.DataSheet4U.com RFVC975X Series Voltage Controlled Oscillators for Cellular Infrastructure The RFVC975X devices are a series of high-performance voltage controlled oscillators designed for use in cellular infrastructure transceivers. Each of these VCOs come in an extremely compact 6.0 x 6.0 mm overmolded package utilizing RFMD’s patented MicroShield™ Integrated RF Shielding technology which provides excellent RF isolation. The RFVC975X platform meets the stringent electrical requirements for all cellular air interface standards, including GSM/EDGE. This flexible platform allows RFMD to quickly turn custom samples.
