Description

The P24C32C is I2C-compatible Serial EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Memory) Automotive grade device operating up to 125°C.

The P24C32C contains a memory array of 32 Kbits (4 Kbytes), which is organized in 32 bytes per page.

It is compliant with the Automotive standard AEC-Q100 grade 1.

Features

AEC-Q100 qualified.
Single Supply Voltage and High Speed.
Minimum operating voltage down to 1.7V.
400kHz/1MHz clock from 1.7V to 5.5V.
Low power CMOS technology.
Read current 0.2mA (400kHz, typical).
Write current 0.8mA (400kHz, typical).
Schmitt Trigger, Filtered Inputs for Noise Suppression.
Sequential & Random Read Features.
32 bytes Page Write Modes, Partial Page Writes Allowed.
Write protect of the whole memory array.
