UMA1005 - Dual low-power frequency synthesizer

General Description

The UMA1005T is a low-power, high-performance dual frequency synthesizer fabricated in CMOS technology.

Fractional-N division with selectable modulo 5 or 8 is implemented in the main synthesizer.
