NSI72xx High Reliability Single-Channel and Dual-Channel Opto-Emulator Datasheet (EN) 1.1 Product Overview The NSI72xx devices are high speed single-channel and dual channel opto-emulator, it’s certified by UL1577 and support 3750/7500Vrms insulation withstand voltage. The NSI72xx series operates from both 3.3V and 5V supply voltages with two logicoutput options: CMOS output and Open-drain output. The data rate of NSI72xx is up to 15Mbps, and the common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) is up to 100kV/μs. These devices are pin-compatible and replace many traditional optocouplers, allowing enhancement of industrial standard packages without PCB redesign.
