4-BIT ARITHMETIC LOGIC UNIT The MC54/74F181 is a 4-bit Arithmetic Logic Unit (ALU) which can perform all the possible 16 logic operations on two variables and a variety of arithmetic operations. It is 40% faster than the Schottky ALU and only consumes 30% as much power.
