The MP2328C is a fully integrated, highfrequency, synchronous, rectified, step-down switch-mode converter with internal power MOSFETs.

It offers a very compact solution to achieve 2A of continuous output current (IOUT) across a wide input voltage (VIN) range, with excellent load and line regulation.

DESCRIPTION The MP2328C is a fully integrated, highfrequency, synchronous, rectified, step-down switch-mode converter with internal power MOSFETs. It offers a very compact solution to achieve 2A of continuous output current (IOUT) across a wide input voltage (VIN) range, with excellent load and line regulation. The MP2328C offers synchronous mode operation for high efficiency across the wide IOUT load range. Constant-on-time (COT) control provides very fast transient response and easy loop design, as well as tight output regulation. Full protection features include short-circuit protection (SCP), over-current protection (OCP), under-voltage protection (UVP), and thermal shutdown. The MP2328C requires a minimal number of readily available, standard external components.
