General Description
The MP2328 is a fully integrated, highfrequency, synchronous, rectified, step-down switch-mode converter with internal power MOSFETs.
It offers a very compact solution to achieve 2A of continuous output current across a wide input range, with excellent load and line regulation.
Key Features
- include short-circuit protection (SCP), over-current protection (OCP), under-voltage protection (UVP), and thermal shutdown. The MP2328 requires a minimal number of readily available, standard external components. It is available in a space-saving SOT583 package.
