The HMC534LP5 & HMC534LP5E are GaAs InGaP Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT) MMIC VCOs. The HMC534LP5 & HMC534LP5E integrate resonators, negative resistance devices, varactor diodes and feature half frequency and divide-by-4 outputs.
