The HMC533LP4 & HMC533LP4E are GaAs InGaP Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT) MMIC VCOs.

The HMC533LP4 & HMC533LP4E integrate resonators, negative resistance devices, varactor diodes and feature a divide-by-16 output.
