The AOZ2223QI is a high-efficiency, easy-to-use DC/DC synchronous buck regulator that operates up to 36V.

The device is capable of supplying 8A of continuous output current with an output voltage adjustable from 0.8V to 16V.

The AOZ2223QI integrates an internal linear regulator to generate 5.3V (±5%) VCC from input power or external bias power.
