General Description
The UT54ACS191E is a performance and voltage enhanced version of the UT54ACS191 synchronous 4-bit, reversible updown binary counter.
Synchronous counting operation is provided by having all flip-flops clocked simultaneously so that the outputs change coincident with each other when so instructed.
