* 5 Ω switch connection between two ports
* TTL compatible control input levels
* Latch-up protection exceeds 500 mA per JESD78
* ESD protection:
* HBM JESD22-A114 exceeds 2000 V
* MM JESD22-A115 exceeds 200 V
