The XC9502 series are PWM controlled, PWM/PFM automatic switching controlled, multi-functional, 2 channel step-up and down DC/DC controller ICs.

With 0.9V of standard voltage supply internal, and using externally connected components, the output 1 voltage (step-up DC/DC controller) can be set freely
