The TA9210D is a broadband capable 12.5W GaN power transistor covering 30MHz to 2.7GHz frequency band with a single match.

TA9210D is usable upto 4GHz.

The input and output can be matched for best power and efficiency for the desired band.

  • Small signal gain @ 800MHz: 18dB.
  • Large signal gain @ 800MHz: 13.5dB.
  • PSAT @ 800MHz: 41.5dBm.
  • PAE @ PSAT @ 800MHz: >55%.
  • 28V.
  • 32V Typical operation.
  • Operating frequency: 30MHz to 2.7GHz 2.0.
