The CXD2303AQ is an 8-bit 3-channel CMOS A/D converter for video with synchronizing digital clamp function.

Features

Resolution : 8 bit±1/2 LSB (DL).
Maximum sampling frequency : 50 MSPS.
Low power consumption : 400 mW (at 50 MSPS Typ. ) (Reference current excluded).
Synchronizing digital clamp function.
Clamp ON/OFF function.
Reference voltage self-bias circuit.
Input CMOS/TTL compatible.
3-state TTL compatible output.
Single 5 V power supply or dual 5 V/3.3 V power supplies.
Low input capacitance 15 pF.
