The SGM61720 is a constant on-time control (COT) synchronous Buck converter with a wide input voltage range from 6V to 60V.

including input under-voltage lockout, internal soft-start, shortcircuit protection, current limiting and thermal shutdown. Using COT architecture, the device is capable of high step-down conversion ratios while offering excellent transient response with no need for loop compensation. The SGM61720 is available in a Green SOIC-8 (Exposed Pad) package.
