The SDC1576 is an integrated Hall sensor with H-bridged output driver designed for brushless DC motor applications.

* One-chip Hall Sensor
* Wide operating voltage range: 3.2V~18V
* Output current: 300mA(Continuous)
* Output thermal shutdown protection
* Lock protection and auto-restart

SDC1576 Applications

* The IC includes high sensitivity hall sensor, chopper stabilized amplifier, dynamic offset cancellation, thermal protection and active reverse battery protection.
