The MP6514 is an H-bridge motor driver that consists of four N-channel power MOSFETs.

Wide 2.5V to 14V Operating Input Range O.
Peak Current: 0.6A F.
Low MOSFET On Resistance (HS: 500mΩ, necessary gate drive voltages. The MP6514 can drive two DC motors in a single-ended connection with separate controls D for the high-side or low-side MOSFETs. The motor can be connected to either the supply or E GND. D The MP6514 operates on a motor power supply S voltage from 2.5V to 14V, which can supply an N 3 output current of up to 0.6A according to the E N opera.
