Description

The MP6513 is an H-bridge motor driver used for driving reversible motors, which can drive one DC motor, one winding of a stepper motor, or other loads.

Features

include over-current protection (OCP), short-circuit protection (SCP), under-voltage lockout (UVLO), and overtemperature protection (OTP). The MP6513 requires a minimum number of readily available, standard, external components and is available in a TSOT23-6 package.
