The ML9092-01/02/03/04 are LCD drivers that have internal RAM and a key scan function.

: 4.5 to 5.5 V.
- LCD drive voltage
: 4.5 to 16.5 V (positive voltage).
- Segment output
: 56 outputs for ML9092-01; 60 outputs for ML9092-02/03/04.
- Common output
: 10 outputs.
- Built-in bit-mapped RAM : 60 10 = 600 bits (for ML9092-01 only: 56 10 = 560 bits for the RAM
display area).
- 4-pin serial interface with CPU: CS, CP, DI/O, KREQ.
- Built-in LCD drive bias resistors.
- Built-in voltage doubler circuit.
