The inputs consists of a single CLOCK, CARRY IN,(CLOCK ENABLE), BINARY/DECADE, UP/DOWN, PRESET ENABLE, and four individual JAM signals.

Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4 and a CARRY OUT signal are provided as outputs.
