DGD0590A, HIGH FREQUENCY HIGH-SIDE AND LOW-SIDE GATE DRIVER

The DGD0590A is a high-frequency high-side and low-side gate driver capable of driving N-channel MOSFETs in a half-bridge configuration.

The floating high-side driver is rated up to 40V and the provides a 5V gate drive to the MOSFETs.

The DGD0590A logic inputs are compatible with standard TTL and CM
