DGD0280, LOW SIDE SINGLE GATE DRIVER

The DIODESTM DGD0280 low-side MOSFET and IGBT driver is capable of driving 2.8A of peak current.

The DGD0280 logic inputs are compatible with standard TTL and CMOS levels (down to 3.3V) to interface easily with MCUs.
