The FAN53745 is a low quiescent current step down DC/DC converter that delivers a regulated output voltage from an input supply of 2.3 V to 5.5 V.The combination of built in power transistors, synchronous rectification, and a tiny solution size make the device ideal for portable applications. frequency of 3.33 MHz.
