MITSUBISHI MICROPUTERS M3810x Group SINGLE-CHIP 8-BIT CMOS MICROPUTER DESCRIPTION The M3810x group is made up of 8-bit microputers based on the MELPS 740 cqre. The M3810x group is designed mainly for VCR control, and include four 8-bit timers, a PWM function, and a 4-bit c'omparator circuit.
